Founded in 2011 by Rod and Sue Sherrington, Trinity Advisory has grown from a humble start-up to an award-winning firm employing over 40 staff in Australia and overseas. In 2020, Rod and Sue expanded their operation to the Sunshine Coast and have continued to grow. Together, Rod and Sue have built a firm that truly understands and meets the needs of its clients.
Over the past 18 months, Trinity Advisory has seen remarkable growth. In July 2021, we rebranded from “Trinity Accountants” to “Trinity Advisory” and launched our advisory package targeted to small business owners who wanted more support and genuine advice from their accountant.
In 2022, Rod became a qualified business coach, creating a 10-module Business Coaching Program based on his extensive knowledge. This program, delivered face-to-face, has led to significant financial and lifestyle improvements for clients who took up our advisory and coaching packages.
In 2023, we refined our offerings to merge the best of our advisory and coaching packages, helping more clients transition from self-employment to true business ownership. Our Silver Accounting and Advisory Package now include quarterly management reports and a Strategic Planning Coaching Program, assisting clients in developing a SWOT analysis, core values, mission and vision statements, and a strategic plan.
The vision for Trinity Advisory is to be the best advisory firm in Australia, helping small business owners build businesses that work for them, rather than them working for their businesses. “We strive to delight our clients, building genuine lifelong friendships, guiding and supporting them through the opportunities and challenges of life and business,” says Rod. This vision is central to our unique selling proposition and sets us apart from traditional compliance firms.
